Returns policies

• Customers have the right to return the product in 14 days, by sending us a rejection letter to [email protected].
•  In case of a damaged package or product, customers must reach out to us on the day the package was received and contact us with the contacts indicated below, in the form you prefer.
• Customers have the right to cancel the order before shipping, when the order is shipped, the customer will be informed by an e-mail. If the product is shipped, to cancel the order the customer will have to pay 4.50 EUR. This service is only available in the European Union.
• The refund, upon agreement with the customer, will be made within 1 business day, using the same means of payment that the customer used when placing the order
•  In case of product return, a refund will be made within 1 business day, after the product is received at the address indicated below. Return costs are covered by the seller.
